Rhonda Norris is certified through the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants®; she also holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management and has 30 years of experience across all areas of business operations. In addition, Rhonda is an active listener with a wealth of creative problem-solving skills.

Rhonda's goal is to see you and your business succeed. She combines her education and experience to develop innovative solutions that fit your needs.

Why is GAINS all capitalized? When GAINS was in the conceptual stage, the original name was Growing Appalachian Industry Solutions, and GAINS was the acronym. As the business progressed, the acronym became the name. Rhonda's heart is to see the Appalachian area grow and prosper. She was raised in a small town in East Tennessee, and she loves this area and the people. Although this business initially focused on the Appalachian region, it has since expanded geographically. GAINS Coaching & Consulting focuses on helping small and medium-sized business owners become more profitable through intentional and continual growth.

When Rhonda is not working, you will find her in the mountains or by the lake. Some of her favorite things are traveling, hiking, photography, and reading. As a mom of three young adults, Rhonda appreciates the value of time and enjoys the small moments. Our lives are filled with so many responsibilities, but time with family is the most valuable.
