Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™

A New Way to Connect and Engage Your People

In today's tight labor market, culture can make or break an organization's ability to attract and retain top talent. With dispersed employees and hybrid workplaces; flexibility is essential when supporting and developing workers no matter where they are working.

The Catalyst Learning Experience

The Catalyst is a personalized learning platform that provides a single access point through a learner's DiSC journey. Designed to support instructor-led facilitation or for individual exploration, Catalyst integrates DiSC into the flow of work, ensuring takeaways are readily applied.

The Catalyst learning experience gets designed for the trend toward shorter, more bite-sized learning sessions. Instead of the traditional "one-and-done" training event, Everything DiSC on Catalyst is modular, extending training over a longer period, which is more effective for producing long-term behavior change.

There are four parts to the Catalyst learning experience:

  • The Everything DiSC assessment

  • A personalized, mobile-enabled narrative

  • An optional, instructor-facilitated experience (virtual or in-person)

  • Powerful follow-up tools

Participants begin with a proprietary, computer-adaptive Everything DiSC Workplace assessment that uncovers their DiSC styles and raises behavioral self-awareness and understanding.

The assessment results are translated into a personalized narrative easily accessible on the Catalyst platform. In addition, each participant's DiSC style is described in detail—beginning the social and emotional skills growth process. In Catalyst, learners can also compare their DiSC style with their colleagues and receive extensive tips for improving interactions and working relationships.

To further drive home the lessons of the Catalyst experience, facilitator tools support virtual or in-person training with three levels of support materials "advanced tech" (break-out rooms, polls), "basic tech" (basic video meeting), or face-to-face in the classroom.

Facilitators can meet learners where they're most comfortable on their own devices and at time. They can also assign pre- or post-session work on Catalyst and walk through features together, one-on-one, or in a group.

Presentations, videos, and other dynamic teaching tools help drive home the lessons and make the benefits of the Catalyst experience a lasting part of your organizational culture.

“Management is about human beings. Its task is to make people capable of joint performance, to make their strengths effective and their weaknesses irrelevant.”
