GAINS listens to the concerns of decision-makers and then strategically develops creative ways to address these concerns and meet their needs by developing and implementing.

GAINS work alongside companies to turn problems into opportunities, communicate, and develop solutions with executives and decision-makers to overcome obstacles turning those challenges into opportunities to help the company grow their business to enhance their company and positively impact the community around them.

GAINS aims to increase business owners' knowledge of business operations, laying a foundation for intentional growth, increasing their ROIs, and strengthening leadership skills.

Morristown Makers was started in 2018 with the intent of providing tools, space, and knowledge to our local community. Rhonda stepped up to the plate, offering her services to increase our exposure to the community by providing a strategic social media campaign designed to increase interest in membership and generate donations to strengthen mission.
